MSc Early Intervnetion in Psychosis

DISTANCE LEARNING METHODS

The courses of the MSc program "Early Intervention in Psychosis" are primarily delivered in-person. To enhance students’ exposure to international experience and practices, and by leveraging the global collaborations of the program’s faculty, students have the opportunity to attend lectures by professors from distinguished international institutions, either in-person or through distance learning methods.

Course Structure

All courses in the program are taught weekly and, depending on the subject, may include laboratory exercises and/or seminars. While the majority of the courses are theoretical and thus suitable for support through distance learning methods, practical exercises that require the use of computers are incorporated into the "Statistics" course. For these practical laboratory exercises, in-person participation by students is prioritized.

Distance Learning Policy

In special cases, and with the approval of the Program Committee (ΣΕ), educational activities may be conducted using the e-class platform of NKUA, which provides asynchronous distance learning methods. However, it is important to note that asynchronous distance learning cannot exceed 25% of the program's total credit load.

This approach ensures a balanced mix of in-person engagement and modern educational technologies, while maintaining the academic integrity and interactive nature of the program.
